Machine Description
Oversized Film Rewinder Machine is designed for the high-precision transfer and rewinding of flexible materials such as plastic film, lamination materials, and adhesive protective films.
This system, which can be produced in widths up to 3.2 meters, offers customized solutions for companies with high production capacities.
Thanks to the integrated micro perforation and macro perforation units, holes can be created on the film to allow airflow.
To meet different production requirements, our machine can be produced in the following variations:
1 Unwinder – 1 Rewinder
1 Unwinder – 2 Rewinders
2 Unwinders – 1 Rewinder
This allows the machine to operate independently on single or multiple film lines and provides the flexibility to customize according to customer requirements.
Machine Specifications
Equipped with a magnetic brake and load-cell support, the unwinder operates with a PID-controlled tension system.
Film tension is continuously monitored and stabilized, preventing material tears and winding errors.
Film edges are precisely detected using an ultrasonic fork sensor.
Thanks to the PID-controlled edge guiding module, winding accuracy and overall product quality are significantly improved.
When the film runs out, the end-of-material sensor is activated and automatically stops the system.
It ensures operational safety and saves time.
During machine start/stop operations and emergency situations, visual alerts (warning lights) and audible alerts (buzzer) are activated.
This helps prevent operator errors and ensures a safe working environment.
Production outputs are recorded on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
This facilitates cost tracking, performance evaluation, and efficiency analysis for the operation.
- Rewinder, powered by a torque-controlled motor driver and supported by a load cell, ensures smooth and accurate winding at the desired tension.
- Tension imbalances that may occur during winding are automatically compensated to maintain stability.
