Especially during the summer season, controlled micro perforation helps improve air release and ventilation inside the package. This can support better packaging performance and help maintain more suitable shelf-life conditions for eggs during distribution and retail display.
In this process, the shrink film is first processed with hot micro perforation according to the required perforation pattern, film thickness and application need.
After micro perforation, the film can be shaped at high speed on a film folding machine and prepared as a ready-to-use folded shrink film solution for final users.
